Wood destroying organism inspections, (commonly known as termite inspections.)

A termite inspection on a residential structure involves the following:

Inspection of any, and all physically accessible areas inside and outside the structure. (Physically accessible areas are areas that are accessible without the use of tools such as ladders, scopes, and/or sensors.) Storage must be moved prior to inspection.

Physical inspection of sub areas when necessary, requires 14 inches or more of clearance, barely damp to dry soil, free of excessive or hazardous debris and/or rodent or animal activity. Excessively damp soil or standing water is inaccessible.

Attics are inspected from the attic access hatch, unless cat walks are present.

Garages will be inspected to the best of the inspectors ability, however, the areas behind storage cabinetry and appliances will require further inspection when those areas are made available. How much?Inspections include pictures of findings. *We offer prices for treatments of subterranean termites, local treatments for Drywood termites, and surface fungus treatments. * Subterranean treatments are guaranteed for three years. *Local Dry wood treatments guaranteed for one year to the treated areas only. *Ask us about our same day inspection reports. *Standard 24 hour inspection.
